The records for Manuscript 1, preserved in the Archivio conventuale della Ss. Annunziata in Parma, are now online.

This manuscript, edited around the mid-17th century, presumably originated in Genoa, as it contains arias and cantatas by musicians working there, such as Giovanni Maria Pagliardi, Francesco Righi, and Giovanni Maria Costa, as well as works by Cavalli, Luigi Rossi, and Giacomo Carissimi. It also contains arias from operas performed in Genoa, such as Cavalli's Xerse (1656) and Costa's Ariodante (1655).
