Records related to the first part of Li divertimenti poetici by Maria Antonia Scalera Stellini (Rome, Vitale Mascardi, 1677), a poetess from Acquaviva delle Fonti enrolled in the Accademia dell'Arcadia and in the service of Agostino Chigi from 1674 to 1704 are now available online.

The songbook (record no. 12192) consists of 144 poetic compositions, both sacred and profane, written by the author over a period of a decade (approximately from 1667 to 1677). Worthy of mention are the two paraliturgical works, set to music by an unknown author, performed at the Monastero dell'Umiltà of Rome: Serenata spirituale (addressed to Sister Maria Girolama Colonna) and Il trionfo di sant'Agata vergine e martire (addressed to Sister Maria Colomba and Sister Maria Alessandra(?) Colonna). The introductory section (record no. 12668) includes 14 poetic compositions by different authors dedicated to the poetess.
